13、aid to speak to her.我有些腼腆，不敢跟她讲话。afraid常用两种句型： be afraid to do sth. 害怕/不敢做某事 be afraid of doing sth. 1) 担心发生某事 2) 害怕/不敢做某事 Eg: He is afraid to take a plane.他不敢坐飞机。,Eg: He is afraid of jumping. 他不敢跳。I was afraid of waking my grandma.我怕吵醒我姥姥。注：当表示害怕/不敢做某事时，两者都可用；若表示担心会发生某事时，只可用be afraid of doing 。,4.
