The app also includes a number of health goals.Quitting smoking was one of the hardest things Ive ever had to do. Like most stories of quitting, I did get a little sick and I felt terrible, but th

5、e most difficult part was the empty feeling I was left with. Any time I felt like a cigarette, I would open the app and track the progress I had made.
