1、Lesson17 教学设计一、教学内容与分析Just talk本部分通过 Gao Wei 向 Kate 介绍自己的叔叔,以报纸报道叔叔的事迹为切入点,自然地进入谈论职业的谈话主题。继续学习如何询问和介绍他人的职业,在情景中自然运用所学语言。主要目标语言:Whats her job? Shes a policewoman.二、课前准备1. 准备一些职业图片,奖励课堂上表现出色的学生。2. 准备词语卡片和教学挂图,创设情景,引导学习。3. 准备采访用的麦克风。4. 请在黑板上准备好四线格,方便板书四会单词和句型。5. 准备教学课件。三、教学步骤与建议1. 热身 / 夏习(Warm-up / Rev
2、ision)1) 师生问好。2) 头脑风暴:Look and say (课件里滚动出现学过的职业词汇 )。3) Free talk(滚动本单元前几课的句型,围绕 jobs 进行问答)。2. 新课呈现(Presentation)1) 呈现情景。Today, lets have a class meeting to talk about jobs.出示主题图 Whats this? Todays newspaper. Whos he? Hes Gao Weis uncle. What does he do? Lets listen.2) 学习 policeman.播放视频,学生听,回答问题,引出
3、policeman 以旧带新,由 What does he do?到 Whats his job?进行提问,学生理解感知并回答 Hes a policeman.What does policeman often do? He often helps people in his work. What does he look like? He looks great in his uniform.通过 policeman 的学习梳理描述 policeman 这个职业。Who? This is my uncle.What? Hes a policeman.Looks? He looks great

He works in the police station.3) 学习 policewoman。Whats his aunts job?让学生带着问题听,引出policewoman 这个单词。课件出示 policeman,去掉 man,替换 woman 引导学生自己读出。描述用上面的语句描述女警察。突破难点。3. 趣味操练(Practice)1) 多种方式操练对话。2) 分角色体验表演对话。3) Bingo game:Step 1: 教师每人发一张纸,纸上画 9 个格
5、,分别有 9 个职业词汇图。Step 2: 通过教师问答及描述,学生圈出教师所指的职业词汇,当圈出的图形成一横行,一竖行或斜着成为一条直线时,学生快速说:Bingo。教师示范 1-2 组后也可由学生问答,大家标出答案。句型:Whats his/her job? He / she is a/ an .Step 3: Ask and answer in pairs.4) Guessing game: 教师给出条件,同学猜职业。This is my aunt.She looks beautiful.She often teaches us English.She works in a school.
6、Shes kind.Whats her job?学生然后分组通过描述猜职业。4. 语言运用(Language use)情景创设:创设开班会的情景,分组谈论家人的职业及自己的职业梦想。语言支持:Whos that? He / She is my .What does he / she do? He / She is a / an .Where does he / she work? He / She works in .What does he / she often do? He / She often 5. 课堂评价(Assessment)1) 教师引导学生在真实的情景中学会说:Whats

He/She is a policeman/Policewoman.并在情景中认识本课要求的两个单词.评价工具:课堂教学中,建议老师们可以准备一些职业的图片,作为评价的工具。激励同学个体和团队合作共同赢得胜利。老师发给学生的图片正面是职业图,背面给出语言支持,也可以作为拓展延伸,让学生学会描述各种职业。2) 指导学生完成活动手册的内容,并运用小印章进行评价。(1) 听录音,填写对应的数字并根据示例进行对话练习。考查学生听力理解能力。(2) 听录音,阅读文段并将相应部分连接起来。考查学生听力阅读等综合理解能力。6. 拓展活动(Extended activities )试着描述教师奖励图片中的职业,可以与同学交换描述其他职业。
